WHEAT SITUATION AND OUTLOOK
November 15th, 2001
According to the USDA, in a report issued Tuesday Evening . Global production in wheat for 2001 /2002 is forecast down 7 million tons and is expected to remain below consumption for the third consecutive year. Global stocks are forecast to fall more than 20 million tons from last year to the lowest level since 1995/96.
We believe Traders should begin accumulation of long positions going forward as current prices have been in a sideways pattern for past three years. FuturesCom Currently is recommending long positions in December Chicago wheat and now advises readers to prepare to buy March'02' Wheat at current levels to hold..
Premier subscribers should Buy 10 March Wheat on the open while BW Traders should buy 1 contract.
Happy Trading
