CHRISTMAS
CBOT : Chicago Board of Trade agricultural and NY metals electronic a/c/e trading
will be closed Dec. 23. Agricultural open outcry and a/c/e trading will be
closed Dec. 24. Financial open outcry trading will close at 1200 CT Dec.
24, with stock index contracts at 1215 CT. A/c/e trading on Dec. 24 will
close at 1215 CT for stock indices and 1230 CT for financials and metals.
Overnight a/c/e will be closed. On Dec. 26, there will be no morning a/c/e
agricultural trading. Financial a/c/e trading will be from 0600 to 1600
CT. Stock indices on a/c/e will trade from 0615 to 1600 CT, with NY metals
from 0615 to 1345 CT. The Dow/AIG index, kilo gold and silver have normal
schedules on Dec 26.
CME: Chicago Mercantile Exchange commodity, foreign exchange and interest rate
futures and options will close at 1200 CT on Dec 24. Agricultural options
will close at 1202 CT, while equity products will close at 1215 CT.
All commodity, foreign exchange and interest rate products traded on Globex
will close at 1200 CT on Dec. 24, while equity products will close at 1215
CT. Globex electronic trade will resume at 0530 CT on Dec. 26.
KCBT: Kansas City Board of Trade wheat futures and options will be closed Dec.
24, with stock index contracts closing at 1215 CT.
MGE: The Minneapolis Grain Exchange will be closed Dec. 24.
MIDAM: The CBT's MidAmerica Commodity Exchange grain and soy complex
contracts will be closed Dec. 24, with livestock and currency contracts closing
at 1215 CT.
NYBOT: The New York Board of Trade listed these closings for its subsidiaries:
CSCE: The Coffee, Sugar and Cocoa Exchange will be closed Dec. 24 and Dec
26.
FINEX: The Financial Instrument Exchange will close at 1300 ET Dec 24.
NYCE: The New York Cotton Exchange's cotton and orange juice contracts
will be closed Dec. 24.
NYFE: The New York Futures Exchange will close at 1315 ET Dec. 24.
